All active products have an included support with the following specifications.

  • Average response time: 2 – 3 working days
  • New versions within the active license are always free of charge.

Extended Support could be purchased as an annual subscription.

  • Access to support via e-mail.
  • Average response time: 1 working day.
  • New versions within the active license are always free of charge.
  • Small feature implementation included. (2 incidents with approximately 2hours)

Premium Support could be purchased as an annual subscription.

  • Access to support via e-mail and remote session.
  • Average response time: 4-6 hours.
  • New versions within the active license are always free of charge.
  • Medium feature implementation included. (3 incidents with approximately 4hours)
