Microsoft is retiring the Add-in model only. The Add-in model was the first useful approach for developers creating WebParts for SharePoint Online working in an iFrame.
Microsoft recommend transforming the old Add-in model to the modern SPFx Framework.
All our WebParts are based on the modern SPFx Framework and are not affected.
If you have just registered your Domain, but have not downloaded and installed the WebPart to be available within your Tenant, please follow these instructions:

After a total of 21 days of evaluation, a license key is needed.
In case your company is not working with PayPal, we also have the ability to send an online credit card link or use a conservative invoice by email with bank transfer details.
Please get in contact with us: support@bitalus.com
We will also include your details in our reminder system to get in contact with you a couple of weeks before the license expires.
Within the email sent from PayPal, you will find a Profile-ID.
This Profile-ID is your license key to use within the WebPart.
Just send us an email with your request to: support@bitalus.com
If the functionality is of value to more customers, we would love to implement it for free.
The WebParts / Extensions will create a hidden library within the SharePoints RootSiteCollection called "Bitalus".
The library can be accessed by the browsers Url: RootSiteUrl/bitalus (I.E: https://sp2019.bitalus.com/bitalus)
After uploading the license key file into the folder "License", please verify the file is checked-in and published in a major version.
All users do need read access to the library to get the WebParts unlocked.
