The 'Quick Form' Web Part allows to design a web form which will be to the specified e-mail recipient / a SharePoint List

The 'Quick Form' Web Part allows to design a web form which will be to the specified e-mail recipient / a SharePoint List which provides a way for customers, business partners, and others inside the company to submit questions or request information by filling out fields on a web page and clicking the Submit button.

Site Name Please enter the lists site absolut or relative Url
List Name Enter the list internal name
Form Title Specify the Form Title section (HTML / CSS allowed)
Field Template Specify the form List field, Label field, Field and description with the following syntax / options available:
ListFieldInternalName|RenameLabel=FieldType:Options|Placeholdertext=Descriptionbelow
Before the ListFieldInternalName there are two options availeble: * will mark the field as mandatory
!Will hide the field. This can be used with predefined field values, like the current User's display name or the Web Url or Web relative url.
FieldType and Options: T:30 = TextField with a 30 character length
M30/6=Multiline TextField with a 30 character length and 6 row height.
D=[FieldValue1, FieldValue2, FieldValue3] DropdownField with 3 values included to choose from.-User insert the current user's display name.
-web inserts the current web url to the field.
webrel insets the current web relative url to the field.
Completion message Define the completion dialog message (HTML and CSS allowed)
Validation error message Specify the validation error message (HTML and CSS allowed)
Form Type Store Data in List
Send by email to (not available yet)
Form Location In Place. Shows the form in place of the web part.
Link Button to Dialog. Creates a button to use to open the form as a dialog in place.
Link Button Frame bottom - Right. Creates the Link Button to open the form dialog on the bottom right (always visible).
Inject Link Button to ID/Class. Let you define the container within the next property.
Inject Link Button to ID/Class Specify the container with CSS selector.
Example: div [class^="footerBarNoBorder"]
Options -injectbefore=1| will inject the button defined above in before specified container
